In the late 90’s Ken delved in to the all but forgotten art of leatherwork, and for the past 17 years “Ken Diamond” has been based in the Downtown East Side of Vancouver, BC Canada, known for his fine leatherwork using only the highest quality materials available. Visitors to the eastside studio could often find him pouring over his workbench focusing on the philosophy behind his work, simple-high quality leather Footwear & goods with classic designs.
The summer of 2016 brought a move to Upper Sunshine Coast of BC Canada. Now tucked away in the woods, The Diamond Collection has relocated to Lund BC, surrounded by nature and ocean on 2.6 acres. Ken has moved his studio and full production to this inspiring and creative place. In his new studio space he continues to work at keeping the traditional aspects of leatherwork alive while using modern techniques to keep his work timeless and minimal.
